At this point, the projected cost is $12.06 million. This price includes furnishings, AV needs etc. This price is subject to change as we roll out each phase.

Our dream for our current sanctuary is for it to become a true gymnasium. Our hope is to remove the stage and sound booth to create a full court. There is potential to get lines back on the floor + to install a sport court. Our lobby gives potential to add additional classrooms if we are ever in need. The lobby will also function as a waiting room for parents when kids are using the gym.

We believe that every financial contribution, if made cheerfully and out of love, is powerful. In addition to financial donations (however “small” they may be), this new building will bring additional roles for serving and volunteering that we’d love for you to consider - you will hear more about these kinds of opportunities on Sundays and through emails.

There is a building committee that is made up of 2 staff members, 2 overseers and an overseer wife. This team has been meeting with the architects. Plans are looked over by both staff and overseer teams.

We are SO excited to offer our building for our community. The whole plan is yet to be fleshed out but there is potential for the indoor playground, gymnasium and worship centers to be used by our community! We want this house to be a gift and a hub for our city.

We are excited to expand and diversify River of Life’s ministry offerings - exact timing and programming will be rolled out as each phase is completed.

Yes, the goal is to be completely debt free. We will not be taking any loans out for this expansion!

We are looking to still offer weekly programming during this process. We are just asking for our congregation to be flexible as it may “LOOK” a little different for awhile.

YES! We offer our currently facility for weddings and can’t wait to offer a bigger space for weddings, banquets and more!

The safety of both you and your kids are a number 1 priority for us at River of Life. We currently have a security team but we plan to expand this team even more as our building square footage increases. We will also have the ability to lock down entrances and exits throughout the whole building with updated technology.

We currently have 5 staff offices that are shared between 13 staff members. More staff offices will allow our staff to grow as our building grows.

We will be moving the outdoor playground and the volleyball court over to the east side of the building behind the kids side. We forsee this being utilized all the time!

Our plan is to add additional parking spaces on the northeast stide of the building.
